Shipping policy

1. You acknowledge that shipping fees are calculated based on weight,
dimensions and destination and that these fees must be paid in full before dispatch.
2. You accept that estimated delivery times-three to nine days within Canada , five
to twelve business days within the United states and twenty one business days
internationally- are approximations and not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. You agree that international shipments may be subject to custom duties, import
taxes and brokerage fees, which are your sole responsibility  and are not included
in the purchase price. 
4. You understand that refusal to pay international customs charges may result in
package return and all associated costs will be deducted from any refund owed to
you. 
5. You acknowledge that Philo Lifestyle is not responsible for carrier delays,
weather disruptions, customs inspections or other situations beyond its control.
6. You agree to report any damaged, missing or tempered shipments within
forty eight hours of delivery and to provide photographic evidence for claim
verification.
